This giveaway is sponsored and operated by VicariouslyTCG.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Canada and the United States.
Must be 18 years of age or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
One entry per household.
Eligible accounts must be at least 6 months old.
Void where prohibited by law.
VicariouslyTCG reserves the right to deny any winner for violations of rules, fraud, or suspicious activity.
3. Giveaway Period
Giveaways occur live on stream. The start and end of each giveaway will be announced verbally during the stream.
4. How to Enter
Standard Giveaway
Enter by following the instructions given live on stream (typing a keyword in chat).
Limit one entry per household unless otherwise stated.
Subscriber Giveaway (Monthly)
Subscribers receive one automatic entry.
Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Non-subscribers may enter by emailing skyboxprojects@gmail.com during the live giveaway period. Entries via AMOE have equal odds of winning.
5. Prize
Prize details and Approximate Retail Value (ARV) will be announced live during the stream.
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Winner is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping must be paid before the prize is sent. Failure to pay within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
6. Winner Selection
Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
7. Winner Notification
Winners must respond within the time period allowed, or an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Skill-Testing Question (Canada)
Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner, as required by Canadian law.
